Helen made this (Morris Minor) cake for my partner's 50th birthday party and, although I 'knew' it was going to bespectacular, the cake surpassed all expectations. I'd asked Helen to depict Stevo being stopped by the police for speeding(!)- and as you can see, the result is utterly brilliant. Everyone whohas seen the cake is blown away by Helen's talent and attention to detail.Oh, and it tastes delicious too!! I cannot recommend Helen highly enough.
